Bruno George has more than a dozen years' experience as a professional editor, both in-house and freelance. His edited books have been published by Yale University Press, Microsoft, and the Seattle Art Museum. A recent project--Lúcio Cardoso's Chronicle of the Murdered House--won the Best Translated Book Award.

Employed in editing since 1996, in-house and freelance, I've also taken sabbaticals from work to study creative writing at Brown University and get a PhD in English at Brandeis.
